I was wonderful, even though I almost couldn't my arms and legs the next day. Makes for a great workout though.
Perhaps someone should create an exercise program that include water slides, tube rides and the inevitable jogging to get to the top first. It might actually peruade me to exercise more often.
Definitely the one where you sit in the tube. They have such cool tubes these days - huge, with handles and everything. I didn't even bump my backside once.
I was really disappointed with the supertubes though. They were so much slower than I remembered!

Is that the supertube, or the one which you actually sit in a tube?
I vividly remember doing the tube-sitting/lying/flailing one many years ago - crazy fun, I agree :-)
